HomeSeeker ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What data we collect

When you use HomeSeeker, we collect:

• Account data: name, email address, Telegram chat ID
• Profile data: income, document readiness, housing preferences (city, price range, rooms, etc.)
• Payment data: Stripe customer ID and subscription ID (we do not store full card details — this is handled by Stripe)
• Usage data: which listings were sent to you and when

2. How we use your data

• To send you personalised housing alerts via Telegram
• To calculate your chance score for each listing
• To manage your subscription via Stripe
• To generate AI motivation letters on request
• To send transactional emails (welcome, subscription confirmation)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-party services

• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Telegram — delivers alerts. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
• Apify — scrapes public listing data from housing platforms. No personal data is shared with Apify.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates motivation letters from data you provide in the chat. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in a secure SQLite/PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway.app or Render.com. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

6. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run analytics scripts.
