1. Service description

HomeSeeker aggregates publicly available property listings from Funda, Kamernet, and HousingAnywhere. We provide AI-powered tools to help users with their housing search. HomeSeeker is not a real estate agent and does not represent landlords, sellers, or buyers.
2. Subscription and payment
- €9,99/month incl. 21% VAT after a 7-day free trial
- Cancel anytime via the /cancel command in Telegram or by emailing support@homeseeker.dev
- Cancellation before day 7 of the trial incurs no charge
- Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
3. Acceptable use
- The service is for personal use only
- Users may not resell, redistribute, or automate access to HomeSeeker's output
- Users may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual property
- AI-generated letters and advice are provided for personal use
- Property listing data remains the property of the original platform (Funda, Kamernet, HousingAnywhere)
5. Limitation of liability
HomeSeeker provides informational tools only. We are not liable for: the outcome of rental or purchase applications, financial decisions made based on our tools, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or the availability of specific listings. Use of our tools is at your own risk.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
